W. Avenue & Garfield Street Sewer and Paving Project Update

October 20 – 24:  Garfield Street Improvements – Work will begin to complete the improvements on the 300 & 400 blocks of Garfield Street.  These improvements include removal of remaining gutters, installation of additional curbing, and new sanitary manhole covers. 

October 27 – 31:  West Avenue, Garfield Street, Lincoln Parkway Improvements – Milling and paving will be performed on the 300 & 400 blocks of West Avenue then proceeding to the 300 & 400 blocks of Garfield Street and completing the milling and paving efforts on Lincoln Parkway.   

The following schedules are subject to weather conditions.  Residents and businesses in these areas should anticipate some temporary access delays. Notable efforts will be made to accommodate special needs.  Work hours are anticipated between 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
