STEAM and Stories for Kids Mondays at 3:30

For elementary school-aged children.

Support your child’s natural curiosity in a no-stress, playful learning environment.  Each week we’ll share stories followed by arts and crafts, science experiments, or technology toys.  For elementary school-aged children.

Storytime is a fun way to support your child’s literacy development, inspire a love of reading, and meet other families from the area.  Each story time and event is designed for a specific age group, but siblings of all ages and abilities are always welcome. Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by a caregiver at events. Children under the age of 12 should be supervised by a responsible caregiver when in the library.   All programs are free of charge.

THE CLASS OF ‘65

THE CLASS OF ‘65

Three years ago, I wrote about the Class of 1927—celebrating their 95th anniversary.  I gathered information from the high school journal of a member of the class, Josephine Furman.  Last year, I wrote about the Class of 1944—using writings from their Gagashoan and interviews with two class members, Nick Verzella and Tom Conners.

This summer I have chosen to write about the Class of 1965 (my class), the largest class in the history of our school district.
